Snow Day in Seattle!
Hey Seattlites! If you are itching for some Snow Day time, set your worries aside and put your hats, gloves and scarves on. The Boys and Girls Club in Seattle are putting on a Snow Day event this Saturday, Jan 12th! I just caught wind of this through one of my Meetup groups. The location is at the Seattle Center, registration starts at noon. Tickets to enter the Snow Fort competition are already sold out but anyone can come by and enjoy playing in the snow. I think we should do that, Seattle! It was feeling a little too-spring-like for me recently. Today was too warm for a January day.
You do have to bring a photo ID to enter. There’s a pub crawl later, after 6pm. How cool! I love that Seattle always infuses alcohol in with so many activities. Win!
